Drift: Sleep Sounds (“Drift”, “the app”) is published by Froggy Eye Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
Drift does not collect any data about you. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no crash reporting. The app does not send anything about you or your device anywhere.
Drift stores a small amount of information on your own device so it can remember how you left it:
All of this stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, we cannot see it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Drift requests no permissions. It does not ask for, and cannot access, your microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos or files.
To keep playing after your screen locks, the app declares background audio playback (the
audio background mode on iOS, and a media playback foreground service on
Android). These let sound continue while the app is in the background. They give the app
no access to any information about you.
Drift works entirely offline. Every sound is included in the app itself, so nothing is streamed or downloaded. The app makes no network requests of its own.
The one exception is by your action: if you tap a link to this privacy policy or to our website, your device’s browser opens it, and if you make a purchase, your device communicates with Apple or Google to process it.
Drift Unlimited is a one-time purchase handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. Your payment details are handled by Apple or Google and are never seen by, or shared with, Froggy Eye Ltd. We receive no personal information from your purchase.

Drift is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
